Watch: Mystery crab invasion 50 miles from the sea

Crabs have been spotted scuttling around a town more than 50 miles (80km) from the coast.

Not even an expert has been able to say for sure how they ended up in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

Michael Birch found his seven unexpected guests next to his shed when he returned from a camping trip on Monday, while others nearby have also reported sightings.

"We're assuming someone went crabbing and thought it was a bright idea to bring them home with them. Now, somehow, they're in my garden," he said.
