Teenager targets title of 'world's fittest'
A teenager from Washington is heading to the CrossFit Games in California after qualifying to compete against the world's best young athletes.
Seventeen-year-old Jack Lydon has made it through multiple rounds to reach the top 20 final.
The competition tests athletes across a wide range of disciplines, from lifting and endurance events to gymnastics, often with little warning of what competitors will face.
Jack will travel to California, where athletes will compete over three days from 23 July, for the chance to be crowned the world's fittest teenager.
