A murder investigation is under way after a man's body was found in a caravan in a lay-by in Loughborough.

Inquiries have since found the man, who was in his 40s, had reported being involved in an altercation in the days before he was found, the force added.

A 56-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.
