Two boys and man in court charged with murder

Three people have appeared in court charged with the murder of a 25-year-old man.

Police were called to Shields Road, in the Byker area of Newcastle, at 19:25 BST on 16 June and found Gino Robb with serious knife wounds. He died while he was being airlifted to hospital.

Jed Grieve, 33, of Orpington Avenue, Walker, and two boys aged 14 and 16, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Newcastle Magistrates' Court where they were remanded in custody.

They will appear at Newcastle Crown Court on Tuesday.
