All lanes have reopened on a section of the M25 in Surrey after a lorry struck the nearside barrier earlier.

National Highways said delays of more than 30 minutes and four miles of congestion remain on the clockwise carriageway between junction 9 (Leatherhead) and junction ten (Wisely interchange).

The crash, which led to two lanes being closed, was reported just after 03:30 BST, and emergency services attended the scene.

Traffic is expected to return to normal at lunchtime.
