Men charged over extreme animal pornography

Two men have been charged with possessing extreme pornographic images involving animals.

In Dorset, a 37-year-old man from Lytchett Matravers and a 35-year-old man from Verwood are accused of possessing the images.

The 35-year-old man and a 30-year-old man, also from Verwood, have also been charged with causing unnecessary suffering to an animal.

Police said the charges related to content found on two seized mobile phones. All three men are due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
