Seven-year-old 'excited' by bin lorry surprise
A seven-year-old boy who loves bin lorries has said a surprise visit from a refuse crew made him "happy" and "excited".
Ashton, who is autistic with a moderate to severe learning disability, helps to sort waste and recycling for his family and puts the bins out for the neighbours in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
His mum, Aimee, said: "He puts out everyone's bins. He takes them all back after school on a Monday. He just love bins."
Winchester City Council surprised him with a personal visit and dropped off some Biffa-themed goodies.
