'Commonwealth medal would be a big, big dream'

Hammer thrower Charlotte Payne has been selected to represent England at this summer's Commonwealth Games.

The call-up comes just two years after Charlotte, from Newbury, Berkshire, had a cochlear implant fitted, having been deaf since the age of three.

After narrowly missing out on selection for the Birmingham Games four years ago, the 24-year-old is determined to make the most of her opportunity in Glasgow.
