The £290m project to rebuild the junction on the M3 in Hampshire has reached its halfway point.

This timelapse footage shows the demolition of one of the footbridges near Gloucester.

The junction is being upgraded, as are nearby roads, as part of a £372m project.

All lanes have now reopened after the crash between Tamworth and Curdworth.

The footbridges needed to be taken down before they became a hazard for drivers.
