Police officers detain a woman in Moscow during protests against partial military mobilisation for the war in Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the move in a televised address, saying it was a necessary step to ensure Russian territorial integrity. According to Russian human rights group OVD-Info, police have arrested more than 1,300 protesters rallying against the decision.
