A mobile phone game is set to be offered to children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin who are struggling with anxiety

Set in the backdrop of an intergalactic adventure, Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage supports children aged seven to 12, and helps them to reflect on their feelings, build resilience and learn skills to help them manage their worries.

It is being offered through Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (CAMHS STW), which is looking to enhance its services over the next three years.

The service's managing director, Cathy Riley, said the new digital therapy would help deliver easier access and earlier help.
