With families facing rising living costs, free and affordable activities are becoming an increasingly popular option.

Libraries, parks, heritage sites and sports schemes are offering family-friendly opportunities aimed at learning, play, and outdoor time.

Many of the events are designed to support children's wellbeing, creativity and physical activity, while also helping parents manage the cost of school holidays.

Many of the actives are taking part in public spaces across Jersey and Guernsey, which are typically free to enter and widely accessible to families.
