Thousands of people gathered in a Suffolk park on Sunday to enjoy the UK's biggest free one-day music festival.

Ipswich Music Day took place from midday to 20:00 BST, with a range of acts performing across six stages.

More than 30 performers from Ipswich and the East Anglian region were picked out from over 200 applications this year to appear.

Now in its 36th year, the festival is organised by Ipswich Borough Council and includes The Bowl Stage which is sponsored by BBC Radio Suffolk and features BBC Introducing artists.
