Appeal to trace relatives after woman's death

City of Wolverhampton Council is appealing to trace the relatives of Katherine Kennedy

Relatives or friends of a woman who died recently are being asked to get in touch with the City of Wolverhampton Council so that her funeral can be arranged.

Katherine Kennedy, who was 62, had been living in the Low Hill area of the city.

Anyone who is related to Miss Kennedy, or has any information which may help trace her relatives, is asked to call protection and funerals officer Donna Hulme on 07971 317893 or email her via donna.hulme3@wolverhampton.gov.uk as soon as possible.

A spokesperson for the council said: "The council makes appeals of this nature as it believes that families and acquaintances of the deceased should be notified and be given the opportunity to get involved with the funeral arrangements, should they wish to."
