A man has denied leaving malicious voicemails to Reform UK MP Robert Jenrick and sending offensive emails to the Israeli embassy and a Muslim news organisation.

Nick Daly, of Oxted in Surrey, pleaded not guilty to six counts of sending malicious communications, which allegedly included two voicemails to Jenrick's office intending to cause "distress or anxiety".

Daly is also accused of sending at least 30 emails to the Israeli embassy between 1 April and 8 May, as well as at least seven emails to the editor of 5Pillars in the same period.

The 30-year-old was remanded in custody following a hearing at Southwark Crown Court on Monday and is due to stand trial in November.
