Appeal over assault of woman sleeping on train

Police investigating a sexual assault against a woman sleeping on a train have issued a CCTV image in connection with the inquiry.

The woman was on board a train travelling between Edinburgh and Wolverhampton when she woke up to find a man abusing her.

He disembarked at Wolverhampton station.

British Transport Police asked for anyone who recognised the individual in the image to contact the force.
