Man appears in Aberdeen court over murder of baby

A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a baby.

Police previously said officers were made aware of an injured two-month-old boy who had been taken to Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital on 11 June last year.

He died a short time later.

Dennis Darcy, 33, whose address was given as Aberdeenshire, made no plea when he appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court and was released on bail.
