Robert Proctor was sentenced to three years and 11 months in prison

A drug dealer on the Isle of Man who supplied cocaine, ketamine and cannabis has been jailed for three years and 11 months.

Robert Proctor admitted supplying Class A and B drugs between September 2023 and September 2024.

The 24-year-old, from Peel, also pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis on two occasions, which he said he used daily to treat his ADHD.

Passing sentence at Douglas Courthouse, Deemster Graeme Cook said Proctor played a "significant role" in supplying drugs which caused families "misery".

'Remorse'

The court heard police first searched Proctor's home on 5 September 2024 after arresting him over a separate matter.

Officers found 3.2g of cannabis and seized his phone.

Investigators found messages that showed Proctor had been regularly supplying drugs for many months.

During a second search warrant carried out in January 2025, police found a further 15.9g of cannabis and another mobile phone.

The prosecution said phone evidence showed Proctor was involved in the supply of cocaine, cannabis and ketamine, and that he was collecting money from drug sales.

The messages indicated he had supplied between 66g and 80g of cocaine, 31g of ketamine and 271.5g of cannabis during 12 months.

Prosecutors argued he played a "significant" role in the operation rather than acting only as a street-level dealer.

During police interviews, Proctor admitted possessing cannabis, saying he smoked it every day to help him sleep because of his ADHD.

He denied dealing drugs during a later interview and answered "no comment" when questioned about the phone evidence.

However, Deemster Cook said the sentence had been reduced due to several mitigating factors, including "evidence of remorse", his early guilty plea, and making a "change" in his lifestyle.
