Woman dies after three-car crash

A woman in her 20s has died and another woman has been seriously injured after the vehicles they were driving were involved in a three-car crash.

The woman who died at the scene was driving a white Lexus CT200 at about 07:15 BST on Bath Road, close to Froxfield, near Hungerford.

The injured woman, who is in her 40s, was driving a silver Volkswagen Golf and taken to hospital. Two people in a Honda Civic suffered minor injuries and did not need hospital treatment.

No one has been arrested. Thames Valley Police asked anyone who might have seen the incident to get in touch with officers.
