Three stabbed in flat before jumping out of window

Three people were stabbed during a fight in a flat in Nottingham before sustaining further injuries when they jumped out of a window.

Nottinghamshire Police said the altercation happened at a property in Wasnidge Walk in St Ann's at about 22:15 BST on Monday.

A man, 27, was found outside the flat while two women, 26 and 31, were found injured in Union Road in the city centre. They are all now in hospital receiving treatment for potentially life-altering injuries, police added.

All three have since been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

Ch Insp Kylie Davies said: "All three are currently receiving treatment in hospital, having appeared to have sustained stab wounds and other injuries at various stages of this incident, which was isolated and poses no threat to the wider public.

"As I say, we're still trying to piece together exactly what happened here, so in the meantime, we'd ask people to please share any information they have, however small or insignificant it may seem.

"In addition to anyone who witnessed this take place, we also want to hear from anyone who has CCTV, doorbell, dashcam, or mobile phone footage that could assist our ongoing inquiries."
