Officers are appealing for witnesses after two masked robbers stole a 14-year-old boy's e-scooter.

Derbyshire Police said the robbery happened in Farmhouse Road, Sinfin, at about 16:30 BST on Saturday 25 July, and the suspects rode off on the scooter in the direction of a nearby Asda.

The force said the suspects - described as either men or boys who were wearing face coverings - "grabbed the vehicle and demanded the victim get off it".

Officers are now appealing for the public's help, adding that one suspect is described as being 6ft tall and of slim build.

They added that he was wearing a grey and black Nike Tech tracksuit, carrying a black, red and white-coloured backpack, and wearing black trainers.

The second suspect was 5ft 6ins tall, and was wearing a full black tracksuit with his hood up and black gloves.

Police want to speak to anyone who has CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage that may have captured the incident.
