Hull Paralympian Chris prepares for Paris
BBCHull Paralympic judo champion Chris Skelley has said competing in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris "means the world" to him.
Mr Skelley, 31, came away with a gold at the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
He said he now hoped to "replicate" this achievement in Paris, with the Games taking place from 28 August to 8 September.
Mr Skelley, who is partially-sighted, will compete in the J2 +90kg category.
He told the BBC: "It means the world to me to be able to represent Paralympics GB and British Judo, it's a huge honour.
"It's been so incredible to call myself a Paralympic champion. To go and try to replicate this in Paris is something I thrive on, I love the challenge."
Mr Skelley said it was "amazing" to just qualify for a Paralympic games, but said he wanted to be a "two-weight Paralympic champion".
He also competed in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, narrowly missing out on a bronze medal.
