Attempted murder arrest after street stabbing
GoogleA 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over a stabbing.
Cumbria Police received reports a man in his 30s had been seriously injured outside a house on Cambridge Street in Barrow shortly after 15:00 GMT.
The victim is believed to have made his way to the Aldi store on Risedale Road before being airlifted to Royal Preston Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition, according to the force.
