Car hits parked vehicles leaving two injured

Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the crash

Two teenagers have been seriously injured after the car they were in hit three parked vehicles.

Emergency services were called to Sycamore Avenue in the Dogsthorpe area of Peterborough at about 17:20 BST on Sunday.

The 17-year-old driver of a blue VW Golf and his passenger, 18 - both from the city -were taken to hospital, a police spokesperson said.

Officers appealed for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage of it to get in touch.
