A driver has been taken to hospital after crashing into the garden wall of a house.

Emergency services were called to Manor Hall Road, in Southwick, at about 09:50 BST after a vehicle crashed into a property, Sussex Police said.

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service were also in attendance, with firefighters having to remove the driver from the vehicle.

Paramedics assessed and treated the driver before taking them to hospital with a serious shoulder injury. No-one else was hurt, police said.
