Police find man's body in river
GoogleA man's body was found in a river on Sunday, police have said.
Officers were called to Jubilee River in Buckinghamshire at 16:14 BST.
The man's next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by officers.
Thames Valley Police is not treating the death as suspicious.
However, there will be an increased police presence in the area and police encouraged anyone with concerns to speak to an officer.
A file will now be prepared for the coroner.
Thames Valley Police South Buckinghamshire posted on Facebook to say: "Our thoughts are with [the man's family] at this extremely difficult time.
"We thank the public for avoiding the area whilst our officers and colleagues from the fire service and Buckinghamshire Search and Rescue respond to this incident.
"To those out enjoying the summer weather, please look out for each other. If you see someone struggling in the water, call 999 immediately."
