    Bristol Rovers 0-3 Swindon

The visitors get in behind again but a low cross is kept away from danger by Rovers keeper Luke Southwood.

Swindon have had 11 shots in the second half alone, and despite conceding three times, Southwood has been the home side's best player today.

    Huddersfield 1-1 Wigan

The hosts make more changes with just over ten minutes remaining.

Some home fans boo and jeer that decision.

Fabio Borini makes no mistake - it's 3-3!

The former Liverpool and Sunderland man finds the bottom corner from 12 yard beating Matt Macey who dived the right way.

Salford have dragged themselves level after trailing by two goals early on in the second half.

  5. 'Both teams are pressing now'published at 14:02 GMT 13 December 2025

    Huddersfield 1-1 Wigan

    Paul Ogden
Huddersfield Town commentator, BBC Radio Leeds

Both teams are pressing now, and the midfield battle is full-blooded.

You wouldn't say this game is too easy on the eye, but both teams feel as if they could win it.

Any slip in possession and there could be a goal.

  6. PENALTY TO SALFORDpublished at 14:02 GMT 13 December 2025

    Salford 2-3 Colchester

Penalty to Salford. Rob Hunt pulls down his man inside the box - a clear foul.

  8. CLOSE!published at 13:58 GMT 13 December 2025

    Bristol Rovers 0-3 Swindon

The red card has not affected Swindon Town.

Ollie Clarke thinks he's scored his second but a terrific last-ditch block denies him before Gavin Kilkenny's drive from range is well tipped around his post by Rovers keeper Luke Southwood.

  9. Postpublished at 13:57 GMT 13 December 2025

    AFC Wimbledon 0-0 Mansfield

Not a goal - but it is a shot on target for Wimbledon, three quarters of the way through this game.

Omar Bugiel, who's just come on along with midfielder Jake Reeves in a double switch by Johnnie Jackson, is the man who registers that achievement.

It's 30 yards out and all along the ground for Liam Roberts to gather in the Mansfield goal, but it was on target!

  10. 'Boos from the Huddersfield fans'published at 13:54 GMT 13 December 2025

    Huddersfield 1-1 Wigan

    Reece Brown
Former Huddersfield Town midfielder on BBC Radio Manchester

That was great strike from Raphael! It is unfortunate it hasn't found its way into the back of the net and instead it has hit the cross bar.

You can hear the boos from the Huddersfield fans and it is just adding more pressure - it shouldn't be too long until we see another Wigan goal.

  11. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:53 GMT 13 December 2025

    Huddersfield 1-1 Wigan

A huge chance for Wigan who are continuing to build on their momentum.

Goalscorer Raphael Borges Rodrigues rattles the crossbar with a curling effort.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:51 GMT 13 December 2025

    AFC Wimbledon 0-0 Mansfield

Marcus Browne is the first Dons player to have his name noted by referee Elliot Bell this afternoon, following an untidy lunge on Nathan Moriah-Welsh.

Two Mansfield players were booked in the first half, so they lead 2-1 in that respect. In the sense of the scoreline... it's as you were.

  13. RED CARD - Aaron Drinan (Swindon Town)published at 13:51 GMT 13 December 2025

    Bristol Rovers 0-3 Swindon

Well this game takes another twist! It's 10 v 10 now!

Aaron Drinan is played through down the left channel and appears to be pulled back inside the box by Alfie Kilgour, appealing for penalty.

The referee disagrees, however, and Drinan receives a second yellow card and therefore a red for simulation.

    Controversy here!

  14. CLOSE!published at 13:50 GMT 13 December 2025

    Bristol Rovers 0-3 Swindon

An absolute mess at the back for the hosts and Swindon's Ollie Palmer has the chance to make it four but he passes his effort from inside the area rather wastefully straight at Rovers keeper Luke Southwood.

Ryan Lowe wasn't happy with that first half, you could see at the end of the half in the dugout.

He has changed something as they look completely different and a threat.

Get Involvedpublished at 13:44 GMT 13 December 2025

    Bristol Rovers 0-3 Swindon

I think I remember Dons boss Jim Goodwin being sacked about 10 minutes or so after they lost 6-0 to Hibs.

    David, London

Infamous managerial departures. Could Darrell Clarke do a Kevin Keegan and quit at full time like the great man did when in charge of England?

    Chris, Great Yarmouth

Gus Poyet finding out about his sacking from Brighton while working as a pundit has got to be up there.

    Abraham, Newcastle

I think Abraham might have found us a halt-time sacking, only thing is Gus Poyet found out at half-time of a game he was covering for the BBC that he had been relieved of his duties by Brighton back in 2013.

  18. goal

    Arthur Read (55 mins)

Colchester celebrate at SalfordImage source, Shutterstock

Two goals in four minutes for Colchester United!

The visitors close down a long clearance from Salford keeper Matt Young and work it well before Arthur Read smashes the ball into the top right hand corner with his favoured left foot.

A terrific finish - could that be the three points going safely back down to Essex?

  19. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 13:42 GMT 13 December 2025

    Bristol Rovers 0-3 Swindon

Triple change for Bristol Rovers at half-time.

Jack Sparkes, Taylor Moore and Callum Morton are on for Shaq Forde, Ruel Sotiriou and Fabrizio Cavegn.

  20. CLOSE!published at 13:41 GMT 13 December 2025

    AFC Wimbledon 0-0 Mansfield

Heart in mouth time for Frazer Blake-Tracy!

The Mansfield man cuts out Steve Seddon's cross into the box and prods it beyond his own goalkeeper... but to his enormous relief, the ball rolls narrowly wide of the post.

No own goal... and still no goals at all.
