Here is how the League One table looks ahead of what I am sure will be another dramatic day across England's third tier.

Whatever happens Cardiff City will still be top by this evening, but if they slip up against Doncaster then those teams just below the Bluebirds will all be keen to keep as close as possible to Brian Barry-Murphy's side, who have won 12 times so far this season.

The picture at the bottom of the table is incredibly tight, just three points separate 23rd and 16th and three of the bottom four could move out of the relegation zone if they were to pick up a win today.

Here is the League Two table as it stands in all its glory.

Walsall have opened up a four point lead at the top of the league meaning they are guaranteed to remain at the summit regardless of how their match against Shrewsbury Town ends today.

Bristol Rovers' derby with Swindon Town has extra significance on it this lunchtime as The Gas sit just one point above the drop zone at the start of the day, following their relegation to the fourth-tier last season.

Newport County currently sit rock bottom of the Football League but a win against Fleetwood Town this afternoon could see them close the gap on the teams above them while second-bottom Harrogate Town go to Cheltenham.
