    It's all over. Wrexham are praying for a Norwich City equaliser at Hull City now, otherwise their play-off dreams are over.

    Middlesbrough settle for a play-off spot, with this result immaterial after Ipswich's comfortable 3-0 win to secure automatic promotion.

    Boro will finish fifth and will have to play the second leg of the semi-final away from home.
