    Ipswich 2-0 QPR

Jack Clarke waltzes his way though traffic on the edge of the R's box but he just can't work an angle and has to retreat.

Town do win a free-kick in Leif Davis country, however... he clips to the back post to pick out Dara O'Shea but his cushioned header back across goal is just out of the reach of Kasey McAteer, who would have had a tap-in, and also inches past the far stick.

Well, its a Hollywood story for some out there today, just not Wrexham

    Bart, California

No! I thought Wrexham were home and dry! We NEED another goal!

    Yusuf, London

Forget the Premier League, the Championship is where the excitement is. Riveting stuff.

    Stuart, Boston

  3. CLOSE!published at 14:08 BST 2 May

    Ipswich 2-0 QPR

    Chaos in the Town box.

Paul Smyth swings in a fine cross from the left but Harvey Vale gets his header all wrong in the middle, trying to nod back across goal inside the far post, but actually sending it back to Smyth on the left.

50p head, we used to call those.

Smyth's effort from an angle is charged down and Town manage to clear their lines.

    Wrexham 2-2 Middlesbrough

The ball is not at the end of the pitch Wrexham want it to be right now... Tommy Conway drives forward for Boro and draws a foul from Dom Hyam.

The visitors have a free-kick about 25 yards out on the left.

  5. CLOSE!published at 14:06 BST 2 May

    Derby 1-2 Sheff Utd

A free-kick falls to Sondre Langas, who attempts to arch in an equaliser but sees it bounce off the top of the net.

Even two goals wouldn't see the Rams in the play-off spots at the moment though.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:06 BST 2 May

    Millwall 2-0 Oxford Utd

The Lions are still purring as Luke Cundle draws yet another save out of U's keeper Jamie Cumming.

Femi Azeez has also had his curtain-call, with Will Smallbone replacing him for the closing stages.

Nobody will want to mark him in the play-offs on this form, if that is where Millwall end up.

  7. Postpublished at 14:05 BST 2 May

    Wrexham 2-2 Middlesbrough

My word, almost a hammer blow for Wrexham!

Leo Castledine looks to make an instant impact from the bench for Boro as he weaves into the area.

He delays the shot, though, and eventually the hosts can make the block and clear.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:05 BST 2 May

    Hull City 2-1 Norwich

Kyle Joseph fouls Norwich's Jose Cordoba and collects a caution.

  9. CLOSE!published at 14:04 BST 2 May

    Ipswich 2-0 QPR

Anis Mehmeti had the chance to kill the game off once and for all within seconds of coming in, played in on the left by Jack Clarke, but he dallies a tad and then scuffs his shot across goal, via a deflection, which sees the flag go up in the middle against Ivan Azon.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:04 BST 2 May

    Hull City 2-1 Norwich

Sam Field is on for Norwich.

    Off comes Anis Ben Slimane.

Norwich might wonder how this has happened.

Oli McBurnie has the answer to that.

    Hull City 2-1 Norwich

    Peter Swan
Former Hull City player on BBC Radio Humberside

Hull have taken their chance, they have made their move to get into the play-offs.

Hull need to make sure they don't do anything on their part and let it slip.

    Hull City 2-1 Norwich City

    Shourjo Sarkar
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Live at the MKM Stadium

Nobody in the stadium is quiet anymore. A crucial goal that could see Hull make the play-offs. McBurnie comes to the rescue.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:03 BST 2 May

    Wrexham 2-2 Middlesbrough

Kim Hellberg has made a couple of changes for Boro. Morgan Whittaker and David Strelec make way, perhaps with the looming play-off semi-finals in mind. Leo Castledine and Jeremy Sarmiento are on.

Wrexham players are in discussion at the side of the pitch, learning that they now do need another goal again.

And with that, they send on Kieffer Moore and Ryan Longman. Dan Scarr and Issa Kabore are off.

    Ipswich 2-0 QPR

Curtain call for George Hirst and Marcelino Nunez as Anis Mehmeti and Ivan Azon come on.

Town are 20 minutes from the Premier League, barring something absolutely extraordinary... and on a day like today... you just never know.

  15. 'From bad to worse for the Rams'published at 14:02 BST 2 May

    Derby 1-2 Sheff Utd

    Angus Paterson
Commentator for BBC Radio 5 Live at Pride Park

It’s gone from bad to worse for the Rams. Pride Park is utterly deflated.

    Wrexham 2-2 Middlesbrough

    Ian Mitchelmore
BBC Sport Wales at Stok Cae Ras, Wrexham

And now Wrexham fans are silenced as Hull go ahead against Norwich.

We said there'd be twists and turns, and my word we're getting plenty.

  17. Postpublished at 14:01 BST 2 May

    Ipswich 2-0 QPR

Jack Clarke only had one thing in his mind as he's played in down the left with green space ahead.

He gallops into the area but is off-balance as he skews his left-footed effort across goal and well wide.

    Up to sixth!

He has been so, so good and Oli McBurnie has a brace.

A free kick is nodded down and there is the striker to tuck it home.

Questions over offside, no-one in a home shirt cares.

    Wrexham 2-2 Middlesbrough

As the atmosphere lifts with news of the goal for Sheffield United at Derby, Wrexham flood forward once more. But the move breaks down and then Josh Windass makes a foul on the edge of the box.

The Red Dragons fans are starting to believe. But a goal at Hull would suck out the joy...

  20. Postpublished at 14:00 BST 2 May

    Hull City 1-1 Norwich

Noise around the stadium as news filters through of Derby going behind.

It is now a straight fight behind Hull City and Wrexham for that sixth spot.

Regan Slater heads a corner over for the home side.
