    Sussex v Hants 111-6 - lead by 143

Great shot down the ground by Delano Potgieter (32*) and Hampshire reach Nelson.

They will certainly have taken that when they were 26-5.

Jaydev Unadkat then thinks he's got Felix Organ caught behind but the umpire remains unmoved.

This seventh-wicket partnership for Hampshire nears 50.

  2. Postpublished at 15:57 BST 20 June

    Durham 165-3 v Northants 450

Ben Stokes chances his arm again and just beats the leap of fielder Calvin Harrison to pick up four more from Nathan McSweeney.

It takes him to 82 and the stand is worth 134, a new fourth-wicket record for Durham against Northants.

The previous record had stood for 30 years!

    Jennings b Haydon 19 (Derbyshire 364 v Lancashire 161 & 45-1)

A glorious sight for Rory Haydon as the bails are off and Keaton Jennings has to go.

Coming round the wicket, he gets one past the leftie's defences and the opening stand is broken in this 21st over.

Jennings is a player well capable of big innings, so his departure is a real blow for Lancashire.

  4. Postpublished at 15:52 BST 20 June

    Somerset 208 v Warks 223-5

Thomas Rew sends the bails to Wales (well almost) as he fancies a second stumping off Jack Leach, but Zen Malik is safe.

That turned a long way outside off-stump.

Josh Shaw is a little short as Beau Webster stands tall to pull it into the legside for four to go to 45.

  5. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:51 BST 20 June

    Patel c&b van der Gugten 24 (Glamorgan 358 v Surrey 70-6)

Just when you thought Surrey were starting to threaten a revival, the visitors give another wicket away.

A bit of an innocuous dismissal.

It's a decent delivery by Timm van der Gugten but nothing more than that.

Ryan Patel just pops the ball aerially straight back to the fast bowler who makes a simple catch.

Gus Atkinson walks to the crease for Surrey. Boy, do they need their tail to wag right now.

  6. 50 runs

50 for Will Rhodespublished at 15:47 BST 20 June

    Durham 153-3 v Northants 450

He has played the junior role in this fourth-wicket stand with Ben Stokes but Will Rhodes gets to 50.

He has struck six boundaries from 85 balls while also surviving a dropped catch at short leg.

It is the 41st time Rhodes has reached this landmark in his career, going on to convert it to three figures on 13 occasions.

  7. 150 runs

150 up for Middlesexpublished at 15:47 BST 20 June

    Kent 416 v Middlesex 150-5

Max Holden jogs a single through the legside off Matt Parkinson.

The 150 comes up for Middlesex, but they are a long way behind in this game.

  8. 150 runs

150 up for Durhampublished at 15:45 BST 20 June

    Durham 151-3 v Northants 450

Four leg byes gets Durham to 150.

Ben Stokes (73*) is closing in on a century.

100 for Nick Kellypublished at 15:44 BST 20 June

    Leics 360-5 v Yorks 185

Nick Kelly gets a life as he edges Hassan Ali between wicketkeeper Jonny Bairstow and first slip for a very lucky four.

He flicks the next ball off his hips with lovely touch and timing for his third boundary of the over.

It brings up his first Leicestershire century and a third batting point for his county.

A wonderful knock, approaching four hours, which started like an express train before settling into a more measured approach. Kelly brings up three figures off 167 balls.

  10. Postpublished at 15:44 BST 20 June

    Derbyshire 364 v Lancashire 161 & 39-0

Very watchful stuff from Lancashire openers Keaton Jennings and Michael Jones.

They are into the 19th over of this second innings and they are nudgin along at little more than two runs an over.

    But crucially, no wickets down.

  11. Tea at Chelmsfordpublished at 15:43 BST 20 June

    Essex 184 v Notts 344-6

Jack Haynes cuts the ball for fourImage source, Shutterstock

An unbeaten century from Jack Haynes (111*) is leading Notts over the hills and into the distance as the visitors have continued to make Essex pay for their poor first innings effort with the bat.

Three dropped catches and a missed stumping have not helped the home side's cause.

  12. dropped catch

Dropped catchpublished at 15:43 BST 20 June

    Durham 143-3 v Northants 450

    Will Rhodes has a life.

George Bartlett puts him down at short leg - it went in and straight out.

  13. 50 runs

    Essex 184 v Notts 344-6

    The misery continues for Essex.

Fergus O'Neill has come in and is 38 not out, and it's a 50 stand with Jack Haynes.

  14. 100 runs

100 up for Hampshirepublished at 15:39 BST 20 June

    Sussex v Hants 100-6 - lead by 132

Back-to-back boundaries by Felix Organ who moves onto 16 not out.

That brings up Hampshire's 100. Extremely valuable runs here for the visitors who are attempting to post as daunting a target as they can.

But with the sun now out at Hove, is the pitch starting to iron out?

  15. Postpublished at 15:39 BST 20 June

    Durham 142-3 v Northants 450

Back-to-back boundaries from Ben Stokes to move to 69 not out.

    Point to prove?

  16. Warwickshire move in frontpublished at 15:39 BST 20 June

    Somerset 208 v Warks 213-5

Josh Show nips one back into the pads of Zen Malik and the slips go up in appeal.

Nothing doing as the batters trot through for a couple of leg byes to take Warwickshire into the lead.

Malik then dispatches a poor ball for his first boundary.

  17. Postpublished at 15:36 BST 20 June

    Leics 347-5 v Yorks 185

Joey Evison gets off the mark in streaky fashion as a thick outside edge off Hassan Ali flies past the slip cordon for four.

Nick Kelly then reverts to T20 mode as he hammers a Jack White ball for four to break a run of dots to move to 88.

If Leicestershire can see off the second new ball without too much cost, their strong position goes to full on formidable.

  18. Ball change at Hovepublished at 15:34 BST 20 June

    Sussex v Hants 92-6 - lead by 124

Not for the first time today, we will see a change in the ball at Sussex.

  19. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:32 BST 20 June

    Cracknell c Dudgeon b Parkinson 40 (Kent 416 v Middlesex 136-5)

The fifth-wicket salvage job for Middlesex is brought to an end by Matt Parkinson's leg-breaks.

A classic leg-break delivery outside off and moving away and Joe Cracknell follows it, steering it low to slip where Keith Dudgeon clings on well.

That partnership ends at 89 and Middlesex are staring down the barrel.

The follow-on target, by the way, is 267.

    Durham 130-3 v Northants 450

What a good job Will Rhodes and Ben Stokes have done for Durham since coming together at the perilous position of 30-3.

Stokes has had one life when on 43 but is now 60 not out with Rhodes on 44.

There is still a long way to go though.
