A few of these drops have been so bad, one can't help but wonder whether there's an external factor, either the lights or field quality in the outfield perhaps? Or maybe the squad just need some catching practice...

Well Archer came back well in the last over, leaving England needing more than Friday but it's a very gettable target and credit again to Rashid and Dawson.

Anyone know if Sam Curran has a stock ball? Seems to be trying for a wicket every ball and has talent but not enough consistency.

    Richard Caswell, Exeter

England cannot win the T20 World Cup if Curran and Jamie Overton are in the bowling lineup.

Bad drop from Tom Banton again, on a night when England haven’t been as sharp as they should and can be on that front.

More ramps than a multistory carpark at the moment.

Pavan Rathnayake this time scoops Sam Curran over his, and Jos Buttler's, head for four.

Spinners have kept some control here so these last two overs could end up the crucial difference.
