The snow is coming down really heavy now and you can see it piling up on the course.

Another fall and Elizabeth Hosking looks to be in some pain. They cut the music in the venue and you could hear a pin drop.

Sena Tomita, again she clips the top of the lip!

Heartbreak, just unable to lace that run together. Again she's reaching for that lower back. She's so solid on the top tricks but the 1080 takes a considerably more amount of core strength to carry out. Whatever that injury is, she just couldn't generate the power here.

The snow is properly falling now. And the boarders' nerves are rising. Japan's Sena Tomita is the latest athlete unable to complete her run. The 2022 bronze medallist will have to settle for a seventh-place finish.

There is one very loud, very bearded Canadian fan sat near me.

He is delighted as Canada's Felix Roussel wins the opening quarter-final in the men's 1000m to progress to the next round.

They were looking for two there, but Team GB will have to settle for one after a cagey sixth end. They're back in front.

Mitsuki Ono's first run set her up well. She has to watch ten more riders to see if she keeps her silver medal position.

Mitsuki Ono has clipped the lip!

Very long wait at the bottom for her. She's in silver medal position but there are still plenty of riders still to drop.

    Women's halfpipe final

Up next for her third and final run is Japan's Ono Mitsuki, who's currently in second place.

Will she improve on her run and go into provisional gold?

She starts off with a clean switch but then falls on her next landing! That's her run done, and she'll now have a long wait to see if she'll hold onto a medal.

    Ten boarders left.

    Short Track Speed Skating - Men's 1000m

The 1000m is still a fast race but it's also more tactical.

Some skaters prefer to hang back and wait for the right moment to surge, while others prefer to take control from the start and try to control the race.

What will we see tonight? Let's find out ...
