Woods -4 (*17)
Woods has 139 yards on the last, the ninth. He produces a smile following a textbook approach - you'd think he'd won here five times.
A 70% birdie chance on Carolina Cherry.

Thomas -2, Fitzpatrick -1, Koepka E (2)
Some start for Justin Thomas who absolutely clatters his tee shot away on the third.
The 2017 PGA Championship winner looks like he means business and has started with consecutive birdies.
England's Matt Fitzpatrick has also picked up a shot over the opening couple of holes with four-time major winner Brooks Koepka still level.

Someone has suggested that Tiger Woods zig zags up hills because the strain on his back would be too much if he walked straight. Which also happens to be the advice if a crocodile or alligator is following you, because they can't turn!
Johnson -2, Cantlay -1, McIlroy +1 (2*)
The eagle has... you know the rest.
The 36-year-old world number one is still looking for his second major.
Johnson E, Cantlay -1, McIlroy +1 (1*)
McIlroy chips from off one side of the green to the other. He eventually holes for par. The four-time major winner remains one over.
Johnson eagle chance to come...
Woods -4 (*17)
A solid drive from Woods on the ninth tee - his last of the round.

Earlier Alistair Bruce-Ball set the following question…
Since 1990, there have been 31 runners-up at Augusta. Name them.
And here are some of your answers…
Steve Hawdon: Len Mattiace in 2003. Lost to Mike Weir in playoff
Giles.Joiner: Ángel Cabrera
Joe Chapman: Jordan Spieth, Tiger Woods, Louis Oosthuizen all runners up
Reed -4 (F)
Patrick Reed, winner in 2018, is the latest to complete his first round. A real mixed bag for the American with eight birdies and four bogeys.
He's in good company with Lee Westwood, Hideki Matsuyama and Louis Oosthuiizen also back in the hutch after shooting 68s.
Woods -4 (*17)
Woods saves par but it's a glum look on the face of the 15-time major winner. He knows he is two to three strokes short of where he thinks he should be.
Johnson E, Cantlay -1, McIlroy +1 (1*)
DJ has a superb chance for an eagle on the second after his approach somehow sneaks through the backdoor.
A stunning shot.
Woods -4 (*16)
Woods puts too much on his putt - would have been better leaving it short. It will be tough to avoid his first bogey.
Casey -7 (F*)
Paul Casey is just slightly out of shape on the ninth aka Carolina Cherry, landing his second towards the back of the green and watching it trickle off over the ramp.
It leaves him with a delicate downhill putt that he judges almost to perfection.
A par is a decent outcome there. A seven-under 65 more so.
He rocked an 81 in 2019, so just the 16-stroke improvement between those two first-round scores.
England's Tommy Fleetwood has made a decent start to his opening round. He started on the 10th and has parred his way round Amen Corner.
Here he is on 13, in the first cut of rough off the tee so laying up short of the creek that defends the green. Sensible play.
His playing partner is two-time winner Bubba Watson. He is growling about mud on his ball after his second thuds into the rough off the back of the green.
Much-fancied youngster Matt Wolff is the final player in this group - he's in the pine straw but fancies a go - the exuberance of youth. Heart of the green.

Everytime you play with him, it's just bullet straight, one shot after another. Some people may criticise his putting but he hits them so close so often, you can't make them all. He's got so much experience. So can he win? Course he can.
Woods -4 (*16)
Tiger Woods' approach to the eighth is again a little loose. He produces too much spin which once more gives him a tricky task to make a birdie he will have so liked.
It's a long putt left.
Johnson E, Cantlay -1, McIlroy +1 (1*)
A huge McIlroy drive on the par five second, but the ball nestles somewhere in the rough to the right of the fairway and under the trees. Let's see how the lie looks.
Johnson E, Cantlay -1, McIlroy +1 (1*)
Is it going to be one of those days for Rory McIlroy?
The escape from the bunker runs away from the hole. He then has about 12 feet but misses with his par putt.
A bogey start.
Johnson makes a straightforward par.
Patrick Cantlay produces a birdie on the first! You show them Patrick!

Tiger has just thrown some gum into a bunker. I once was chewing gum but didn't know where to throw it because there's hardly any rough. If you throw gum at Augusta, because it's so pure and so dark green, it'll easily be spotted as it just looks like a mini golf ball.
Simpson -5 (F)
Clubhouse leader Webb Simpson after his bogey-free opening round: "I never dreamed I would tee off on 10 at Augusta. It's a tough tee shot and a harder second shot. We had a 10-minute fog delay and I couldn't really see anything.
"The rain we got this morning, helped the mudballs. The greens became a lot easier, balls were sticking on slopes that they don't normally do. We're getting away with shots that would normally fall off the green."
