I feel sorry for Jack Leach because you need a bit of a breather and can't be the sole attacking bowler on a pitch like this.
Rohit 57*, Rahane 1*
Kohli 27 - falls in final over of day
England slip from 74-2 to 112 all out
Nine England wickets fall to spin
Axar 6-38, Ashwin 3-26; Crawley 53
England pick one spinner, India three
Day-night third Test, Ahmedabad
Four-match series level at 1-1
Matthew Henry and Stephan Shemilt

I'm just confused whether we've managed to master time travel with people actually suggesting it's a drawing room.

Lounges are only found at airports. It's a sitting room.

It doesn't look like England have come up with a way to remove Rohit Sharma. He's helped himself to another fifty.

England's team selection this week - on the surface we've seen - is one we'll keep looking back over the years. It will be talked about in history.
They picked a team for English pink-ball cricket.
Rohit edges between second slip and Jonny Bairstow, who is positioned at a strong short third man position. I think there's a saying about raining and pouring I should use here.
Phil Tufnell
Former England spinner on The Cricket Social
Jack Leach is bowling quite nicely here. He's getting some nice flight and purchase even though the ball is wet.

Oliver Camp: After 21 overs, England were 72-2. So, I'd ask you this: who is really ahead in this game?
Rohit 43, Kohli 18
The area around each set of stumps looks like that clip of Mars that was doing the rounds in the week. Red, uneven, loose and rugged. England are not impressed. Broad is having a word with the umpire, trying to be polite but I sense an undercurrent of frustration.

England have really only got themselves to blame. They won the toss - it didn't work. They got the ball with Jimmy and Broad under the lights - it didn't work.

If you had a dining room Matt, when would you use it?

"Yes, two," shouts Kohli. You'll get more than that, Virat. It rattles away for four. He's got a good bat that man. Stokes ends sprawled in the dirt after losing his footing. A picture to sum up England's day.

It will be interesting to see if Rohit and Kohli now decide to be really aggressive to Leach and throw him off his length.
Yes, yes, yes. I wholeheartedly agree with Jack.
India add 10 runs from Leach's latest over but in slightly fortuitous fashion. Rohit gets a boundary with a mishit, Kohli inside edges between his legs and the India skipper drives narrowly short of extra cover.

There as much swing for Stokes as there has been for the other England bowlers since the interval. None.
