    Wales' Laura Hughes and England's Emily Godley are in action in the women's 75kg weightlifting.

    Hughes won the 2017 Commonwealth Championships just 18 months after taking the sport up, while Godley finished fifth in Glasgow four years ago.

    Both of these teams have been below par so far on the Gold Coast and Malawi will be desperate to record their first win.

    With the shooting stats over 80%, it's an even contest in attack and this game has the potential to go right to the wire.

    The men's 1000m time trial final is about to get underway and there are seven cyclists representing the home nations in this race.

    For England, Kian Emadi, Daniel Bigham and Joe Truman line up, with Callum Skinner and Jonathan Wale racing for the Scots.

    Welsh riders Ethan Vernon are Lewis Oliva are also involved, with Oliva looking to add to his medal collection after winning keirin silver on Friday.

    Men's rings

    Rings champion Courtney Tulloch talking to BBC Sport: "A win is a win and I'm happy. I'm still young and I have a long time to improve.

    "I can't believe I'm a double Commonwealth champion. This is a good stepping stone towards the World Championships."

    Nile Wilson added to his personal medal tally on the Gold Coast, winning silver and completing an England one-two.

    He said: "Courtney has been an inspiration for so many years and he was deemed the weak link on this apparatus. It's an incredible feeling to get a silver on the rings.

    "But I am absolutely exhausted now. One more day to get through after an ice bath recovery tonight. We're coming out here and putting together some great routines. I'm loving it and excited to get back out there."
