Men's 20km race walk
These three leaders are testing each other out. They take it in turns to hit the front and up the pace, probing what others have left to give. Three one kilometre laps are left now. England's Tom Bosworth is in this lead group of three and the trio are well clear of the field. Unless something remarkable happens Bosworth will win a medal here but what colour will it be?
Track Cycling
Elinor Barker is in action again later today after winning the women's points race on day three. Today she is competing in the 10km scratch race and will again face tough competition from her Team GB team-mate, Scot Katie Archibald.
That race isn't until 11:24 BST.
Men's 20km race walk
These walks are looking remarkably like runs to me but I'm no expert on this.
Tom Bosworth is still in the lead group and the front of this break has been broken up a little. It's now just Bosworth, Australian Bird-Smith and Kenya's Gathimba at the front.
There's around five kilometres to go. We're three quarters of the way through. Bosworth is looking good for a medal for England.
Men's 20km race walk
Good work from England's Tom Bosworth. He was dropped out of this lead group by four or five seconds and looked to be struggling however he has now caught back up.
He has a big grimace on his face but looks good as he hits the front again.
This lead group is made of four athletes once again and the good news for Bosworth is Samuel Ireri Gathimba of Kenya, one of these four leaders, has been shown two red cards. One more and he's out.
Men's hammer throw
Image source, Getty ImagesAs I said earlier, day four marks the start of the athletics action. After this race walk, and the women's event which follows, focus will turn to the Carrara Stadium for the track and field events.
Nick Miller won silver in the hammer throw in Glasgow in 2014 and is expected to go on and win gold. He was sixth in World Championships last year and many of his rivals, including the Polish athletes who won gold and silver, are not in these Commonwealths.
Mark Dry of Scotland won bronze in 2014 and may well bag another medal today. That event starts at 05:00 BST.
Men's 20km race walk
Tom Bosworth isn't the only England's athlete in this race walk. Callum Wilkinson is back in 10th place but he has already been shown two red cards. One more and he'll be disqualified.
Bosworth passes through the halfway mark in first place.
Men's 20km race walk
There's a lively pace being set in this men's 20km race walk. It's only 7:30am on the Gold Coast so conditions should be a little more bearable than they would be in the afternoon heat.
It's now just a group of four at the front of the race with England's Tom Bosworth looking strong. Aussie Dane Bird-Smith had done most of the pace-setting so far but now Bosworth hits the front.
We're 38 minutes into this race now. At this pace they'll cross the finish line in about 45 minutes time.
Gymnastics
Nile Wilson won gold for England in the gymnastics all-around final yesterday but his dad managed to steal a few of the headlines.
Wilson Sr wildly celebrated his son's win and was interviewed afterwards only for Wilson Jr to crash his moment in the limelight.
Watch below.
Miss the action on day three? Here's our mini highlights package of the best of the action.
Men's 20km race walk
I'm sure you'll be aware of the premise of race walking but basically it's similar to any endurance athletics running event only the athletes are not allowed to run.
If they do so they can be shown a yellow card and further infringements can result in disqualification, something Tom Bosworth knows only too well.
The Englishman was leading last year's world championships but was disqualified. It's all by the book so far from Bosworth in this Commonwealth event. He is in the leading group.

Day four marks the start of the athletics schedule and first up is the men's 20km.
England's Tom Bosworth is one of the big medal favourites having finished sixth in the Olympic race in Rio in 2016. The race has just started and you can watch it here or by clicking play at the top of this page.
