  1. Get involved: Pick the winnerpublished at 18:46 BST 21 June

It was hard to put this little poll together because on paper, it's very much Wyndham Clark's tournament to see through.

To make my list, you had to already be a major champion, but of course a player who has yet to clinch one of golf's biggest prizes could still win this.

But who are you expecting to lift the trophy later tonight?

  2. McIlroy's struggles continuepublished at 18:43 BST 21 June

Rory McIlroy shot 40 on the inward nine yesterday to fall out of contention and things haven't improved for the Masters champion.

He bogeyed two, three and five and has just missed a decent chance for birdie on six.

Right in the mix when he reached two under on the front nine yesterday, he finds himself in a tie for 40th.

Rare that we see him plummet down a major championship leaderboard like this. A weekend to forget.

  6. It's championship Sunday at Shinnecock!published at 18:32 BST 21 June

Welcome to the final round of the 126th US Open at Shinnecock Hills in New York, where it looks like Wyndham Clark is set to claim his second US Open title.

    Or is he?

World number one Scottie Scheffler will be his closest challenger, quite literally as he's playing in the final pairing, and he's also chasing a career Grand Slam, on his birthday!

So that six-shot lead Clark now enjoys will have to withstand what will surely be a huge push from Scheffler, and who knows maybe even the likes of Tom Kim, Sahith Theegala, Sam Burns or Xander Schauffele.

And watch out for Tommy Fleetwood - who shot 63 on Sunday the last time the US Open was here in 2018, something similar today could really turn up the heat on the runaway leader.

And around Shinnecock, one bad swing can cost you dear so there really is no easy way to coast over the line. Stay tuned as this could yet turn out to be an absolute classic major Sunday.
