Lando Norris was speaking to Sky Sports earlier, saying the other cars are faster.

But here he is comfortably in third at his home race. There's battles in front of him and behind him.

The top three are Kimi Antonelli, Lewis Hamilton and Norris.

I'm looking at the gap between Kimi Antonelli and Lewis Hamilton and Kimi has stretched it out to 1.4 seconds, so he's broken that one-second advantage you get by being behind.

It was also be interesting to see if Charles Leclerc can now catch George Russell for fourth place.

And just past the Lando stand is where Charles Leclerc overtakes Max Verstappen.

Antonelli keeps the spot at the front of the race for now, he is building the gap between himself and seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, it's just over a second now.

Lewis Hamilton had to use too much of his battery to defend, and the cars do slow dramatically once they lose that battery power. The question now is, can he hang on to Kimi Antonelli?

  19. 'Sprint has been frantic'published at 12:18 BST 4 July

    Damon Hill
1996 world champion on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra at Silverstone

So far, the sprint has been frantic. We're having to try and understand where the energy deployment comes from, and the way that they discharge their battery is strategic. It's very difficult from the outside to tell when they're doing it, so the racing has been a little bit 'yo-yoing'.

    Lap 9/17

He's done it, Kimi Antonelli manages to find some power in his Mercedes and overtakes Lewis Hamilton to lead the race.

Can Hamilton take it back? He's a second behind the Mercedes man.

Meanwhile, George Russell and Max Verstappen are battling for the fourth spot. Verstappen keeps the spot for now.
