    Luton 0-0 Blackpool

Wilshere was a questionable appointment in such an important situation, to bounce straight back up. Just another bizarre and uninspiring decision by the board. Only so much credit can remain for masterminding our previous ascent. Mediocre signings and a very risky inexperienced manager are telling.
