We're getting back under way in dribs and drabs in our nine games... expect some of them to be in the dressing room for a further five minutes or so.

  2. 'Town went straight at them'published at 20:43 BST 14 April

    HT: Huddersfield 1-0 Cardiff

    Matt Glennon
Former Huddersfield keeper on BBC Radio Leeds

Town went straight at them without being stupid, getting in good positions.

Town had more space than they perhaps expected, their plan at the moment is working.

  3. 'A competent performance full of great intent.'published at 20:42 BST 14 April

    HT: Huddersfield 1-0 Cardiff

    Paul Ogden
Huddersfield Town commentator, BBC Radio Leeds

The appreciative applause from the fans is what Town deserve.

This has been a competent performance full of great intent.

A goal of real craft as well.

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:39 BST 14 April

    Chesterfield 2-1 Grimsby

Another humdinger but it's advantage Spireites in the clash of seventh and eighth in League Two.

Liam Mandeville's neat near-post volley and Lee Bonis' rasping finish on the break two minutes later had things going perfectly in this showdown for Paul Cook's men, but Jaze Kabia smashed home after a free-kick to give Grimsby hope going into the break.

This could really have been 2-2, at least, but play-off chasing Huddersfield lead a Cardiff side who are seeking to close in on automatic promotion.

Town had a Bali Mumba goal disallowed in the opening moments and thundered the bar through Marcus Harness before Ryan Ledson lashed home a volley to break the deadlock.

City have come close through Ollie Tanner, Perry Ng and Omari Kellyman but have work to do if they are to have a chance of promotion in the next 24 hours.

Better news for Colchester, where Will Goodwin has equalised late in the first half at home to Accrington.

Still no goals between relegation-threatened Barrow and play-off hopefuls Oldham, while Gillingham are 1-0 up away to Cheltenham.

    Huddersfield 1-0 Cardiff

Alnwick half-volleyed the ball out of his 18-yard box there, something I have not seen a 'keeper do for a while.

    Old School, I like it!

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 BST 14 April

    Bolton 2-0 Stevenage

Johnny Kenny celebrates scoring Bolton's second goal against StevenageImage source, Shutterstock

    Some game, this.

Bolton have been excellent going forward and have scored twice in the first half against a Stevenage side who had conceded once in their past six games.

Amario Cozier-Dubbery fired a 20-yard opener into the bottom corner and Johnny Kenny fired the second after some fine work down the left from Thierry Gale.

Kenny was involved in a fracas with Dan Phillips which saw the Boro man shown a straight red card.

    Breathless stuff.

As it stands, Rotherham will be relegated to League Two this evening.

They trail at Wigan, courtesy of that Jason Kerr goal that could nudge the Latics nearer to their own survival.

Bottom side Port Vale will live to fight another day, irrespective of their result - and they are currently drawing 0-0 at home to Barnsley.

It's the same scoreline in east London between Leyton Orient and Mansfield.

Challenge for the BBC Sport readers... There can't be many clubs that have had a worse time of it than Rotherham post-Paul Warne - 19.02% win record in competitive fixtures. Must surely be the lowest of all time in the 92 for a period of over 150 games (163 total).

    There's a challenge...

  11. goal

GOAL: Chesterfield 2-1 Grimsbypublished at 20:29 BST 14 April

    Jaze Kabia (41 mins)

    Game on!

Reece Staunton's high ball into the box from a free-kick deep on the left breaks kindly for Jaze Kabia who lashes a low shot into the bottom corner from eight yards out giving Ryan Boot no chance.

  12. RED CARD: Dan Phillips (Stevenage)published at 20:28 BST 14 April

    Bolton 2-0 Stevenage

An uphill struggle has become a mountain to climb.

Dan Phillips has been shown a straight red card for a clash with Johnny Kenny on the half-way line after a bit of jostling and Stevenage are two goals down on the road and now down to 10-men.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:27 BST 14 April

    Bolton 2-0 Stevenage

Stevenage have been having a go with Carl Piergianni heading wide from a corner and Louis Thompson looping a shot just over Jack Bonham's bar, but they have been forced into a change as Dan Sweeney has been forced off with Saxon Earley coming on, er, early.

  14. Postpublished at 20:26 BST 14 April

    Huddersfield 1-0 Cardiff

    Paul Ogden
Huddersfield Town commentator, BBC Radio Leeds

Huddersfield Town have been aggressive, courageous and positive tonight.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:26 BST 14 April

    Chesterfield 2-0 Grimsby

Nearly a quickfire third for the Spireites and a second for Lee Bonis but his effort from Armando Dobra's ball into the box but Jackson Smith makes a fine save and then pounces on the loose ball.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:24 BST 14 April

    Huddersfield 1-0 Cardiff

A blow for Huddersfield as forward Bojan Radulovic has suffered an injury and after some treatment has been forced off with his arm held in a makeshift sling.

George Sebine is on to replace him.

  17. League Two latestpublished at 20:22 BST 14 April

Watching from the stands at Colchester, John Terry won't have been too impressed with that defending.

Accrington's Shaun Whalley is allowed to wriggle his way from the flank into the Colchester penalty area and fire home via a deflection to put the visitors ahead.

Still no score at Barrow, where Oldham may well be aware of Chesterfield's 2-0 lead - something that dents the Latics' diminishing play-off hopes.

  18. goal

GOAL: Chesterfield 2-0 Grimsbypublished at 20:20 BST 14 April

    Lee Bonis (34 mins)

Two in three minutes and this is a peach...

A glorious defence-splitting pass over the top from Sammy Braybrooke is brought down on his chest by Lee Bonis who drives to the edge of the box before lashing a shot past Jackson Smith and into the top corner.

He's into double figures for the season and that was the finish of a forward full of confidence.

  19. goal

GOAL: Chesterfield 1-0 Grimsbypublished at 20:18 BST 14 April

    Liam Mandeville (31 mins)

    What a finish this is...

A huge goal in the League Two play-off race as Chesterfield strike first against their closest rivals.

It's a lovely move too as the ball is worked neatly down the left before Lewis Gordon whips in a near-post cross which Liam Mandeville glances across goal into the bottom corner with a lovely flick.

Relegation will be a blessing in disguise for Rotherham. An opportunity for a fresh start.
