    Shrewsbury 0-0 Bristol Rovers

Robert Massey‑Ellis is a referee more commonly seen in the National League, but he is in League Two action today and awards Bristol Rovers a penalty.

Just seconds later it is disallowed though.

A double-handed push in the back from George Lloyd was spotted, but the flag for offside is raised by the linesman so it's a home free-kick.

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

Ivan Varfolomeev collects the ball about 35 yards from goal for Lincoln and let's fly with a powerful, swerving effort but Lee Nicholls does well in the Huddersfield goal in the end to get something on it and keep it out.

A thunderous effort that was moving all over the place.

  3. Postpublished at 15:21 GMT 1 January

    Doncaster 0-0 Bolton

Bolton are enjoying more of the ball so far in this one but a good challenge on Brandon Hanlan denies the Doncaster frontman.

Doncaster come forward again as Owen Bailey plays in Hanlan but he's unable to get full control of the ball.

  4. 'End-to-end football'published at 15:19 GMT 1 January

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

    Mark Hone
Former Lincoln City defender on BBC Radio Lincolnshire

This is a proper game of football.

Really end-to-end football in this one,

Leo Castledine has been incredibly lively for Huddersfield, but they are struggling to play through the channels.

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield make it into the Lincoln final third for the first time this afternoon and Leo Castledine tries to thread it through for Bojan Radulovic, but Sonny Bradley makes a good sliding tackle to avert the danger for the hosts.

Joe Kizzi gives Barnet the lead over Crawley with a header from close range. Assisted by a Mark Shelton cross following a corner.

Salford take the lead up in the Lake District, Barrow conceding to Daniel Udoh in the 11th minute.

  7. Postpublished at 15:15 GMT 1 January

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

It's all a bit desperate and last-ditch defending for Huddersfield at the moment. A few sliding tackles needed to thwart the latest Lincoln foray forward before Lee Nicholls races out of his goal to punch clear for the Terriers.

    Shrewsbury 0-0 Bristol Rovers

Michael Appleton's Shrewsbury side are under pressure regularly, with their attacking players barely having had a touch of the ball yet.

Steve Evans is out and about patrolling the technical area now for Bristol Rovers, but despite his gesticulations not showing it, he will currently be the happier manager.

Some early goals to bring you in League One. All three coming after six minutes in fact.

Leaders Cardiff are in front after Chris Willock's strike at Wycombe.

Wigan are ahead against Barnsley thanks to Dara Costelloe's goal.

And Dom Ballard has given Leyton Orient the lead against AFC Wimbledon.

  10. Postpublished at 15:14 GMT 1 January

    Cambridge 0-0 Walsall

Evan Weir flashes a wonderful ball into the box from the left for Walsall. It's got pace and accuracy but Daniel Kanu can't quite make contact and it runs out for a throw on the far side.

  11. 'Scrappy start to the game'published at 15:12 GMT 1 January

    Cambridge 0-0 Walsall

    Mike Taylor
    BBC WM commentator

It is all rather scrappy in the opening few minutes of this one.

Daniel Kanu has had the only chance of the game so far, that came after just two minutes, but apart from that, nothing for the goalkeepers to do.

  12. Postpublished at 15:11 GMT 1 January

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

It's been all Lincoln in the opening 10 minutes. Huddersfield are doing well to dig in and keep it at 0-0 for now.

You can see why the Imps are pushing for automatic promotion. Michael Skubala's side are unbeaten in their previous six games before today (D1), winning five - including the past three in a row.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:10 GMT 1 January

    Shrewsbury 0-0 Bristol Rovers

Anthony Scully attempted to get back up to his feet and continue, but he does not manage even eight minutes of the game depressingly for Shrewsbury.

Midfielder Tommy McDermott, aged 20, takes his place.

  14. 'Bolton need to be careful'published at 15:09 GMT 1 January

    Doncaster 0-0 Bolton

    Keith Hill
Former Bolton and Barnsley boss on BBC Radio Manchester

The emphasis will be on getting crosses into the box and being a bit more direct from Bolton, but they need to be careful at the back because Doncaster have already had a dangerous opportunity.

  15. CHANCE!published at 15:08 GMT 1 January

    Doncaster 0-0 Bolton

A good chance for Doncaster as Glenn Middleton puts in a good low ball but Luke Molyneux's effort at the back post is held Tyler Miller.

  16. Postpublished at 15:08 GMT 1 January

    Shrewsbury 0-0 Bristol Rovers

Early concern for Shrewsbury Town, who are already short of options on the bench.

    Anthony Scully is down.

Only five on the bench for Town, including a 16, 19 and 20-year-old on there.

Only four outfield players makes it even more concerning.

  17. CHANCE!published at 15:07 GMT 1 January

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield are walking a tightrope inside the first five minutes! A pullback deflects kindly into the path of Lincoln's Reeco Hackett about 12 yards from goal but he skies it over the bar.

Two great chances early doors for the Imps.

  18. 'Good start from Lincoln'published at 15:07 GMT 1 January

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

    Mark Hone
Former Lincoln City defender on BBC Radio Lincolnshire

A really good intensity on the ball so far from Lincoln, not giving the visitors any time on the ball.

    Good start from Lincoln.

  19. CLOSE!published at 15:06 GMT 1 January

    Lincoln 0-0 Huddersfield

Great chance for Lincoln to take the lead!

Tendayi Darikwa clips a lovely ball forward and Robert Street nicely flicks it back for Freddie Draper, who is arriving in the box.

It opens up for Draper but he drags a very presentable chance wide of the far post.
