    Ben Knight is so close to a hat-trick and what a goal it would have been for Cambridge. He tries for the overhead kick from a cross but his effort cannons out off the crossbar!

    Huddersfield find the breakthrough and it's that man Leo Castledine yet again!

    Alfie May takes an excellent touch to spin into the right channel. His first attempt at a cross is blocked but it come back to him and he gets more joy at the second time of asking.

    May lifts it into the six-yard box for Castledine to head home into an empty net from a couple of yards out.

    Chelsea loanee Castledine now has eight goals in nine games for the Terriers.

    It's all happening in a chaotic first 10 minutes of this second-half.

    Shaq Forde comes inside off the right and curls a left-footed strike across the Shrewsbury goal, but Will Brook gets down to push it behind for another Bristol Rovers corner.

    Tom Lockyer got away with a more rugby than football tackle, but the referee playing advantage and with so much else happening maybe allowed him to get away with it when the ball later went out of play.

    Luke Molyneux puts in a low ball which reaches Middleton at the far post. His initial effort is blocked but he makes no mistake at his second attempt.

    Decent start to the second half from Bolton.

    Sam Dalby releases Marcus Forss down the right who looks to cross but the whistle goes for a foul off the ball and Xavier Simons is booked.

    Dalby and Forss combine again as Dalby chests the ball down to Forss on the edge of the box and his volley is blocked.

    It's met by the head of Ryley Towler at the back post but it's well blocked by the Huddersfield bodies in the six-yard box.

    John Marquis had the best chance of the firt-half, despite Rovers being the better side.

    And the now Shrews striker also gets in behind the Rovers backline in this half.

    Luke Southwood manages to block his effort out for a corner, who's Sam Clucas cross Will Boyle heads well, but again the Shrews' effort is blocked.

    The first goal of 2026 in League Two went to Matus Holicek in the first minute.

    Crewe Alexander are now 3-1 up at home to Cheltenham, James Connolly and Josh March made it 3-0 before a late reply from George Miller.

    Joe Kizzi gave Barnet the lead over Crawley with a header from close range. Harry McKirdy made it 1-1 just after the half hour mark.

    Salford took the lead up in the Lake District, Barrow conceding to Daniel Udoh in the 11th minute, then drew level through Isaac Fletcher.

    Chesterfield have the lead at Oldham through Adam Lewis.

    An own goal from Courtney Baker-Richardson just before the interval gave Bromley (the only unbeaten home side in the EFL) the half-time lead over Newport.

    Still 0-0 for Colchester v MK Dons, Fleetwood v Grimsby, Harrogate v Tranmere, Notts County v Accrington Stanley and Swindon v Gillingham.
