    Chesterfield 0-0 Bromley

Marcus Ifill sends a deep cross past the far post and Mitch Pinnock does well to reach the ball and pull it back. But no Bromley takers.

Lee Bonis then tries to squeeze a shot between keeper and his near post after a quick break, but Grant Smith gets down to turn it out for a Chesterfield corner.

Omar Sowunmi heads it half clear before Liam Mandeville blazes over the bar.

The second half just has not got going yet, but Cardiff will not be complaining about that, they have already done their work.

There are clear blue skies but it is a little chilly after a lot of rain overnight.

This stadium is one of the biggest for this league.

    Chesterfield 0-0 Bromley

Sil Swinkels attempts to head the ball back to his keeper but gets it all wrong and it's the first corner of the second half for Bromley.

Mitch Pinnock sends it deep but Omar Sowunyi can't get much purchase and it's a simple catch for Zach Hemming.

Kyle McFadzean punches the ground in discomfort and then hobbles away after an awkward fall.

    Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

A brilliant long ball from Joel Bagan springs Chris Willock down the left wing, but after driving towards the touchline his low cross ricochets back off him via a defender and it will be a goal kick.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 13:37 GMT 17 January

    Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

Little bit of gamesmanship perhaps from the visitors who gather in the tunnel and wait a good couple of minutes after the Bantams players took the field.

Will Swan has been withdrawn by the hosts at the break with Stephen Humphreys introduced up top while Tyreik Wright has been replaced by new loan signing from Oxford United, Louie Sibley.

The visitors have also made a change with Joel Colwill coming on in place of Perry Ng, which might suggest an injury for the right back.

  6. Postpublished at 13:37 GMT 17 January

    Tranmere 0-2 Walsall

Daniel Kanu straight into the action inside the opening 70 seconds as he bears down on the Tranmere penalty area.

But he's forced wide and Rovers concede a corner.

Goalkeeper Jack Barrett drops the set-piece but collects at the second attempt.

    Wigan 0-0 Bolton

Bolton have started the second half just as they finished the first, on the front foot and pushing for an opener.

An early half chance presents itself for Xavier Simons when the ball breaks for him at the top of the box.

He, however, snatches as it and slices his shot wide.

There's a real nervous energy around the SMH Group Stadium whenever Bromley get a set-piece, even as far out as the halfway line.

Bromley have scored 24 goals from set-pieces this season, the most in League Two.

The small run-off between the pitch and the advertising boards mean the long throws just haven't been effective and the home side have dealt with all Bromley's pressure well.

The league leaders last failed to score on 27 September. Can Paul Cook's Chesterfield shut them out for another 45 minutes?

    Tranmere 0-2 Walsall

Tranmere boss Andy Crosby sent his players out early after what you would imagine would have been a stiff talking to.

Walsall eventually join them and will be more than pleased if there is an uneventful second half.

  10. Postpublished at 13:33 GMT 17 January

    Wigan 0-0 Bolton

Bolton players were the first to come back out for the second half.

That enthusiasm pretty much sums up how things have been today.

The Trotters played with real purpose in the first 45 minutes. Will it be the same again in the second half?

Just the four goals in the opening 45 minutes of our early kick-offs, that will never do...

Let's hope for some more in the second halves, which are getting under way right about... NOW.

  14. 'Mountain to climb'published at 13:24 GMT 17 January

    HT: Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

Former Bradford City captain on BBC Radio Leeds

It's been a strange half really, but Bradford have got a mountain to climb.

The first 10 minutes they started well, and finished well in the last 10 before half-time.

They just need some more quality with that final ball but they are truly in the midfield battle with Cardiff.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:22 GMT 17 January

    Chesterfield 0-0 Bromley

Four minutes of stoppage time bring no more goal threat but a yellow card for the hosts' Sam Curtis after a cagey first half in Chesterfield.

Lee Bonis went closest for the home side, while the leaders have been limited to half-chances.

  16. 'Leaders could be going seven points clear'published at 13:21 GMT 17 January

    HT: Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

    Mark Poyser

It has been a pretty perfect half from Cardiff City.

They have scored two brilliant goals and the leaders could be going seven points clear at the summit.

Cardiff have managed the game well, much to the frustration of those fans in the home end.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:21 GMT 17 January

    Tranmere 0-2 Walsall

Long way back for Rovers after quick goals from Priestley Farquharson and Daniel Kanu put Walsall in command.

It puts the Saddlers level on points with second-placed Swindon as it stands.

    Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

This could be a statement day for Cardiff in the League One promotion race.

David Turnbull's 20-yard pearler after 15 minutes and Calum Chambers' close-range finish nine minutes later have the Bluebirds on track for a nine-point cushion in the race for promotion.

Bradford have lost once at home in 10 months but haven't mustered a shot on target, despite finishing the half on top.

Work for Graham Alexander and his notebook to do in the next 15 minutes.

  19. 'The clearest penalty claim yet'published at 13:19 GMT 17 January

    Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

    Gary Jones
Former Bradford City captain on BBC Radio Leeds

It's brilliant play again from Sarcevic, he beat Chambers all ends up! Definitely a penalty for me. I thought the referee was going to point to the spot.

  20. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 13:19 GMT 17 January

    Bradford 0-2 Cardiff

Another penalty appeal for Bradford, another shake of the head from David Rock as Antoni Sarcevic goes down as he tries to wriggle past Calum Chambers on the right of the box.

The home fans aren't happy, but it would have been very soft indeed.
