    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Thimothee Lo-Tutala decides to liven things up by dribbling around an onrushing Mansfield attacker and clearing the ball away.

He gets away with it, just.

  2. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Robbie Gotts plays a good ball through the middle and it opens up momentarily for Brandon Hanlan but Mansfield shut the door at the last moment.

In saying that, Kyle Knoyle had a massive handful of Hanlan's shirt but nothing doing from Lee Swabey.

  3. 'Hopeful from Mansfield'published at 13:09 BST 3 April

    Jon D'Laryea
Former Mansfield Town midfielder on BBC Radio Nottingham

It's just a bit hopeful from Mansfield at the moment, which is disappointing.

They've got the ability to take the game by the scruff of the neck but they're just hoping so far.

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Over the top goes the ball from Mansfield and Will Evans gives chase but Matty Pearson comes across to head back to his goalkeeper.

Evans was scenting a chance for goal number 12 of the season until that excellent piece of defending.

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Ryan Sweeney blocks off his man to concede a free-kick midway inside the Mansfield half.

It is played short and Jamie Sterry's shot is blocked.

Still no save from either goalkeeper.

Half an hour of relatively tepid stuff has gone by.

What a chance this is for either side to secure their League One status but who wants it more?

It is now more than 300 minutes since Doncaster conceded a league goal.

  7. 'Quite a passive game'published at 13:00 BST 3 April

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

    Lee Turnbull
Former Doncaster midfielder on BBC Radio Sheffield

I'm not saying it's a dead rubber but it looks like quite a passive game.

Neither keeper has had a lot to do so far.

It'll take a spark or something like that to make that difference.

  8. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

The resulting free-kick from Luke Molyneux is whipped dangerously to the far post and just wide.

No-one coming in to get a touch either for Doncaster.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 27 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Brandon Hanlan is away for Doncaster down the right so Deji Oshilaja takes one for the team and brings him down.

Out comes Lee Swabey's yellow card for the first time today.

  10. Postpublished at 25 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Decent work from Hakeeb Adelakun on the edge of the Mansfield area but his cross is headed away.

Describing this as scrappy is being kind to be honest.

The wind and surface are not helping.

  11. Postpublished at 23 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Good old fashioned route one stuff from Doncaster.

Thimothee Lo-Tutala launches a massive kick forward and his opposite number Liam Roberts has to come to the very edge of his area to catch under pressure from Elliot Lee.

On this surface that might be a decent ploy.

  12. Postpublished at 21 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Doncaster goalkeeper Thimothee Lo-Tutala misjudges the bounce of the ball in the area and just about manages to rectify things and make a catch under pressure.

The ball is really bobbling around on a tricky surface with it having been sanded in some parts and cutting up elsewhere.

Just like the good old days?

  13. 'You have to play to the conditions'published at 12:51 BST 3 April

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

    Jon D'Laryea
Former Mansfield Town midfielder on BBC Radio Nottingham

The momentum and wind is carrying the ball a lot further than initially intended.

Unfortunately, it's something both sets of players will have to deal with.

You have to play to the conditions in this situation.

  14. Postpublished at 17 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

A first corner of the game for Mansfield as Matty Pearson heads a free-kick behind.

George Abbott sends it in but referee Lee Swabey has seen some pushing and shoving.

    As you were everyone.

  15. Postpublished at 16 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Luke Molyneux leads a Doncaster counter attack.

He delays his pass and the momentum of the attack is lost and Mansfield force the home side back.

Neither goalkeeper has been tested yet but we have seen Molyneux hit the outside of a post.

  16. Postpublished at 13 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Brandon Hanlan is back on and seems fine.

The striker continues to deputise with no Billy Sharp in the Rovers squad today.

Doncaster's recovery this season has been one of the stories of League One after they won promotion last season.

They are unbeaten in their past five games and have kept three successive clean sheets.

Brandon Hanlan has landed heavily and needs some treatment.

  18. 'Rovers started well'published at 12:42 BST 3 April

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

    Lee Turnbull
Former Doncaster midfielder on BBC Radio Sheffield

The threat and the power Mansfield will have is the partnership of Rhys Oates and Will Evans.

Doncaster will just need to be wary of that as they will look to get a foothold in the game with their physicality.

Rovers doing well so far, though.

  19. Postpublished at 8 mins

    Doncaster 0-0 Mansfield

Mansfield launch the ball through the middle and Doncaster goalkeeper Thimothee Lo-Tutala has to come racing out of his area to head the ball clear.

He does a good job and the home side clear the danger.

All the goals in the reverse fixture this season came in the second half with Doncaster winning 2-1 in the 96th minute.

We may have to be patient on that evidence but both sides appear to want to win this one and all but ensure League One safety.
