  2. Superb Saidpublished at 21:10 GMT 30 December 2025

Superb stuff from Ibrahim Said, skipping through three chasing Celtic defenders. You get the impression even he doesn't know what he's going to do next. It's mesmerising.

Auston Trusty hauls him down, tugging at his shirt. Ye can get it later, son...

Into the book the Celtic defender goes.

  6. get involved

Get Involvedpublished at 21:06 GMT 30 December 2025

Celtic so disjointed, players don't know their roles and have a total fear of the manager's chosen system of play. Everyone can see it apart from Mr Nancy...

    Robert

Enough is enough, sack Nancy before the weekend and at least give us a chance to compete, manager totally clueless and must be relieved immediately.

    Kevin

Celtic- utterly clueless and inept… looks like another defeat with this sieve of a defence. Nancy needs to go….. don’t give this guy any money Celtic.

That came from a swift counter attack after a wayward ball from Aberdeen.

    Hibs capitalise brilliantly.

    Motherwell 1-0 Celtic

    Tom English
BBC Scotland chief sports writer on Sportsound

Motherwell absolutely terrific in that first half. If you don't know better you'd think they were the reigning champions and not Celtic, who have been awful. Out-played and physically bullied. No shot on target, five touches in Motherwell's penalty area. Men against bhoys so far

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:57 GMT 30 December 2025

    Rangers 1-0 St Mirren

    St Mirren should be level.

Mikael Mandron has a clear sight of goal after John Souttar gives away possession cheaply, but Jack Butland gets down sharply to his left.

Dan Nlundulu then manages to miss the target from a yard out, but it would have been disallowed for offside had he scored.
