Three wickets for 30 runs. England just need to keep going at that rate and we will have an edge-of-your-seat finish.

Ben Stokes might have got a fingernail on that - it would have been a magnificent catch.

  3. Aus 102-3published at 20 overs

A leading edge from Usman Khawaja as he attempts a paddle sweep, but there's not fielder near it.

Next ball - the final of the over - the Aussie left-hander attempts to defend on the back foot and edges it past Ben Stokes at slip.

    Close, but no cigar.

That wicket delivery from Jacks to Steve Smith turned a lot. Of all deliveries from spinners in this entire Test, only one other delivery turned more than that dismissal delivery.

Across this series, of all wicket deliveries from spinners, the movement off the pitch in that Smith dismissal turned more than any of the 15 wickets.

Great to hear, Henry. I know Pirates founder Angus Bell very well. You'll have a blast with those guys. Their claim to fame is having had more nationalities than any other club in the world play for them. Think they are at 85 or 90.

    Will Jacks continues.

So happy to see some Test cricket! Well done Bethell. This has inspired me to get back to the game. Being in Quebec it will be the Ice Ashes. GB v Colonies in some snow cricket. Excited to get involved with the St-Lawrence Pirates.

Marnus Labuschagne is standing there - there was definitely a noise.

  8. Aus 92-3published at 18.1 overs

England are up. They are appealing.

Josh Tongue slides one down the hip of Marnus Labuschagne as he attempts to work it off his legs.

However, Ben Stokes knows there's no bat or glove. He declines to use England's final review on it.

  9. Aus 92-3published at 18 overs

Usman Khawaja heads out to a generous applause from the crowd in his last Test innings. England's players give him a guard of honour.

Khawaja has a job to do but allows himself to smile.

Steve Smith is turning around wondering how that has happened. A great ball from Will Jacks - it has spun a long way.

    Now then...

Up above the eyeline from Will Jacks as he gives it a little bit of air. The ball grips and ends up bowling Steve Smith through the gate.

    Smith lingers in disbelief.

There is some spin in this pitch but Will Jacks does leak runs unfortunately.

  13. Aus 91-2published at 17.1 overs

A slog sweep from Steve Smith off Will Jacks and Ben Duckett scuttles round then dives to save four on the rope. Has he touched the boundary thingy? The third umpire takes a look. Apparently not.

There is no buzz or positive body language out there from England. It is almost like they know the outcome.

  15. Aus 88-2published at 17 overs

    Target 160

Steve Smith picks up four with an efficient drive after Josh Tongue goes slightly too full. No sense of any nerves from Australia. This should be a formality.

I'm not sure why everyone is so down on this English team. One win in Australia is a result.

Brendon McCullum is right in so many ways. He turns average teams into good teams.

His way isn't wrong but it is adapting and making this team work harder. An assistant coach who says the lads should train today instead of playing golf.

I don’t believe the England team needs ripping up. The talent is there, they just need to evolve their tactics and pay attention to the details, preparations and 1%’ers….Add in a couple of Rews and and create a more rounded squad of ‘Test’ cricket players.

An easy flick from Marnus Labuschagne. He has such good foot movement and gets to the middle of the bat.
