That is out as out can be. I reckon that is going to be a wasted review.

  2. Zimbabwe reviewpublished at 10.2 overs

The finger goes up! Ryan Burl has been given out lbw.

There's a brief discussion followed by a slightly sheepish review.

  3. Zim 80-3published at 10 overs

    Raza 42 (21), Burl 3 (3)

At the halfway mark, Zimbabwe are 80-3. When they've cashed in, as in the 10th over, they've gone quite big.

Sikandar Raza is striking at 200.

  4. Zim 80-3published at 9.4 overs

This has not been a good over South Africa.

The poor review is followed by a six from Sikandar Raza and then a four which Kwena Maphaka will not want to see ever again. He came in for the catch, pulled out, and is floored as the ball spins past him.

    A horror-show.

  5. Not out - Zim 70-3published at 9.2 overs

That's a contender for the worst review of the tournament. Comfortably outside the line.

Quinton de Kock keeps his expression neutral.

  6. South Africa reviewpublished at 9.2 overs

Aiden Markram brings himself into the attack. He makes a big appeal for lbw off his second ball, Sikandar Raza getting in position to sweep and making a hash of it.

Quinton de Kock doesn't look convinced behind the stumps but he lets his captain go upstairs.

  7. Zim 69-3published at 9 overs

George Linde has 1-9 from his two overs since the end of the powerplay.

That is a shame because this partnership was starting to look promising.

  10. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 8.2 overs

    Myers c Brevis b Linde 11 (Zim 66-3)

    George Linde breaks the partnership!

Dion Myers, who hadn't really settled into his innings or found any rhythm, top-edges high into the sky and Dewald Brevis has safe hands underneath it at mid-wicket.

He and Sikandar Raza had put on 38 (23) for the third wicket, although Raza had dominated the scoring.

  11. Zim 66-2published at 8 overs

Dion Mayers blazes the penultimate ball of the over through mid-on but Tristan Stubbs puts in a diving stop on the rope to restrict him to two runs.

    15 off the over.

  12. 6 runs

    Zim 61-2published at 7.2 overs

Anrich Nortje was on top of Sikandar Raza in his previous over but the Zimbabwe captain has responded by spanking him for back-to-back boundaries.

A four through mid-off is followed by a booming six over mid-wicket.

  13. Zim 51-2published at 7 overs

George Linde leaked 13 runs in the opening over of the match.

He returns with a more economical effort. Six from it.

Anrich Nortje did well to cut off a boundary with a sliding stop on the rope.

Here's a reminder of the two wickets to fall in the powerplay.

That is a nice way to round off the powerplay.

  16. Zim 45-2published at 6 overs

    Raza 16 (8), Myers 6 (8)

    A mixed powerplay.

Zimbabwe were free-scoring in the first and sixth overs but faltered in between, with runs and boundaries drying up and both openers falling.

But they'll probably be the happier of the two sides with 45 runs on the board.

    Tash Farrant
Former England bowler on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

That is a great shot. He looked uncomfortably against Anrich Nortje but this time he just shuffled slightly to the off side and he was able to just help it on its way.

  18. 6 runs

    Zim 39-2published at 5.2 overs

Sikandar Raza looked scratchy in the previous over but it's a completely different story against Corbin Bosch.

He squirts a four through backward point, which the fielder just fails to cut off on the rope, before pulling him into the leg-side for six.

10 runs off the first two deliveries of the over.

  19. Zim 29-2published at 5 overs

Sikandar Raza darts through for a single off the final ball. It's the only run conceded by Anrich Nortje in his opening over.

More importantly, he's sent the dangerous Brian Bennett packing.

It was that extra pace. It was 90mph that ball.

Brian Bennett does like to pull off the front foot but that is easier said than done at 90mph.

That is a big loss for Zimbabwe because he has been their man with the bat.
