Really round-armed delivery from Sikandar Raza - he loved that. He is coming back with his variations to change the trajectory of the ball and that bamboozled Dewald Brevis.

  2. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 10.4 overs.

    Brevis c Burl b Raza 42 (SA 101-5)

Dewald Brevis goes for one big hit too many and Sikandar Raza strikes!

A round-arm delivery from Raza and Brevis can only send it skywards with a slog across the line and Ryan Burl sprints in from long-on to claim the catch.

Raza roars in celebration. Zimbabwe's skipper is pumped.

  3. 6 runs

    SA 99-4published at 10.1 overs

Zimbabwe skipper Sikandar Raza, who snaffled two wickets earlier, brings himself back into the attack.

Dewald Brevis dismissively clips the first ball of the over down the ground for six.

That was a glorious shot from David Miller. Timed beautifully through extra cover and he held the pose. Miller liked that one - and why wouldn't you.

Then it was like catching practice! A good back of the length ball. They are not the easiest catches at short third as the ball does fly at you.

South Africa are still well in the driving seat, however.

  5. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 10 overs

    Miller c Myers b Muzarabani 22 (SA 93-4)

David Miller eases a beautiful cover drive off Blessing Muzarabani - holding the post - for four but is on his way back to the dug out moments later.

It's a bit of soft dismissal as Miller leans back and guides a late cut into the hands of the fielder, Dion Myers, at short third.

    Catching practice!

  6. 6 runs

    SA 88-3published at 9.1 overs

The joy of six for South Africa.

Dewald Brevis follows David Miller by clearing the ropes into the leg side.

Blessing Muzarabani is clubbed into the stands this time at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

David Miller is making the margin for error so difficult for the spinners. He hits off the front foot so well so Wellington Masakadza went short, but Miller knew what was coming.

A really nice partnership building here, they are putting the spinners under pressure.

  8. 6 runs

    SA 82-3published at 9 overs

A big swish of the willow from David Miller, across the line, and he's a little fortunate that it flies away for four through square leg for four.

Miller is much more convincing when he waits on one a fraction short from Wellington Masakadza and hammers it over deep mid-wicket for six.

  9. SA 72-3published at 8.2 overs

Left-arm spin now for Zimbabwe, in the form of Wellington Masakadza.

David Miller gets himself going with a full-blooded flat six wide of long-on.

    Clean striking.

  10. SA 65-3published at 8 overs

Blessing Muzarabani fizzes one pas the edge of David Miller, who has two off seven balls, and appeals.

Is there an edge? Sikandar Raza ponders a review then decides against it.

    Ryan Campbell
Former Australia wicketkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

That is one of the best cover drives you will see in any formats. People try and overhit in T20s but that is just a beautiful cricket shot.

  12. SA 60-3published at 7.4 overs

Blessing Muzarabani back into the attack for Zimbabwe.

Two dots and a single from David Miller brings Dewald Brevis on strike.

Brevis cover drives - gloriously - for four. Fantastic strokeplay.

I'm probably going to curse Dewald Brevis here, but every time I watch him bat I think he could be one of the great batters in this generation.

He is up there with Harry Brook in that regard.

  14. 6 runs

    SA 59-3published at 7 overs

    Excellent judgment from Dewald Brevis.

A delivery skids on low from Graeme Cremer which Brevis is able to get down and punch for a couple.

Final delivery of the over and Brevis plays a wristy biff down the ground for six.

Oh my goodness. He didn't look where the ball went, he just looked at his contact point. He knows if he connects where he wants to it is out of here.

  16. SA 49-3published at 6.1 overs

Dewald Brevis powerfully strikes across the line and pings Zimbabwe spinner Graeme Cremer into the stands over deep mid-wicket for six.

A no-look maximum from the South Africa battter.

Ryan Rickelton, meanwhile, immediately has an ice pack on his head as he takes his seat in the dug out.

    Ryan Campbell

Ryan Burl is in all sorts of wrong positions there but he is a very, very good fielder and he's found a way to hold onto it. It's a brilliant catch.

Three wickets in the powerplay and we know that normally means trouble in T20 cricket.

  18. SA 43-3published at 6 overs

The players take drinks at the fall of the wicket.

David Miller with a lesser-spotted leave to one pushed wide by Brad Evans.

It looked he ran in too far initially but that is a fantastic diving catch. It is a big wicket.

  20. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 5.5 overs

    Rickelton c Burl b Evans 31 (SA 43-3)

Brad Evans goes back to the short ball and gets his man!

Ryan Rickleton, who was hit on the head by Evans a little earlier, takes on the short ball with a hook but ends up hitting it skywards off the toe.

Ryan Burl gets himself into a bit of tangle at deep mid-wicket but somehow manages to cling on to the catch.
