That was really well bowled by the young bowler. It was a brilliant innings with a great strike-rate from Sikandar Raza though - he has been brilliant from Zimbabwe in this World Cup.

    Raza c Miller b Maphaka 73 (Zim 126-6)

    Immediate revenge for Kwena Maphaka!

Sikandar Raza skies a catch to David Miller at point.

That's the end of a huge knock from the Zimbabwe skipper - 73 (43), including eight fours and four sixes.

What a shot! It was almost like Sikandar Raza knew exactly what that ball was going to be and he gave Kwena Maphaka a bit of side eye to remind him who is boss here.

  6. 6 runs

    Zim 126-5published at 16.2 overs

Stand and deliver from Sikandar Raza. No foot movement at all, pounded for six.

That is really well played. He went early into the scoop position and was holding the bat like a frying pan. He was followed by Corbin Bosch but Clive Madande did so well.

  8. Zim 120-5published at 16 overs

Sikandar Raza goes for a big swipe but doesn't connect. Next ball, he does, dispatching a low full toss through the covers.

Clive Madande collects his first boundary, getting a stride outside his off-stump and ramping for four. He tries to reverse scoop Corbin Bosch's final ball but it doesn't come off.

  9. Zim 110-5published at 15 overs

Sikandar Raza flays Lungi Ngidi over a leaping fielder at cover for four.

    Eight off the over.

  10. Zim 102-5published at 14 overs

Lovely from Sikandar Raza, placing Anrich Nortje through extra cover for four. The ball was gliding along the grass.

Zimbabwe's 100 comes up with a leg bye.

    Eight off the over.

We all enjoy pace bowlers but I still think there is something special about a left-arm pace bowler. We don't see them too often. It is almost poetic watching them steam in.

  13. Zim 93-5published at 12.3 overs

Right on cue, there's a boundary from Sikandar Raza, playing Kwena Maphaka behind for four.

  14. Zim 88-5published at 12 overs

Clive Madande, the latest batter to attempt to support Sikandar Raza, gets off the mark with a single.

Zimbabwe have only scored two boundaries in the past four overs while losing three wickets.

That is just playing down the ground, he was probably just playing it a little too square.

Technique still stands in T20 cricket.

  16. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 11.4 overs

    Munyonga b Bosch 2 (Zim 87-5)

Sikandar Raza is rapidly running out of partners.

Corbin Bosch uproots Tony Munyonga's leg stump and celebrates enthusiastically, punching his arms is delight.

I want to say that Sikandar Raza should play smartly from here but he does only know one way. He will be looking for the boundary ball and he will be looking to take advantage of his match-up.

  18. Zim 84-4published at 11 overs

Tony Munyonga is a lucky guy.

First ball, he's beaten by the pace of Lungi Ngidi. Second ball, he chips a slower delivery invitingly into the air but misses all of the fielders. A relieved single.

With the wicket of Ryan Burl, Ngidi became South Africa's leading wicket-taker in men's T20Is. He has 90 but has some way to go to catch Shabnim Ismail's 123.

The skipper, Sikandar Raza, is doing really well at one end but he just isn't finding someone to stay with him at the moment.

South Africa use a lot of pace bowlers and that isn't usually the case in India but they are adjusting to conditions really well.

The way Lungi Ngidi is able to his slower ball to dip is a massive weapon.

  20. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 10.2 overs

    Burl lbw b Ngidi 5 (Zim 82-4)

Red, red, red - it is hitting the middle of leg stump.

Ryan Burl is out lbw to Lungi Ngidi.
